We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. In order to complete a return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Customers only need to pay shipping costs (including restocking fees) at most once; there is no restocking fee for returned products.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit it to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited. Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for the refund to be credited. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@bxmen.org.
